*PackAndSeal does deliver some items & shipments with our trucks, however, only within a 150 mile radius from our warehouse in Avenel, New Jersey. Minimums and shipping costs do apply for local deliveries. Our trucks will go to locations in: New Jersey, Lower New York State, Long Island NY, and parts of Eastern Pennsylvania. Shipping via UPS OverSized Packages

*All orders and Items are shipped via UPS only (unless otherwise noted in the description, for example, if the item will be shipped via a trucking company, FedEX, DSL, DHL, or by other means).

We ship using our UPS account number or we can also ship using a customer's UPS account number. HOWEVER, if there are any problems with the customer's UPS account, or any extra costs that are billed to us, we must pass that charge to the customer. If you have placed an order through our website, and paid for shipping, and then wish to use your UPS account number, we will refund the shipping costs back to your account, ONLY AFTER THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED OUT.
*Residents of Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico are responsible for 2nd Day Air charges (please contact us for a shipping quote) via UPS (the least expensive way for UPS to ship to those locations)
*
We do not ship Internationally & over seas (including Europe, Asia, Africa & South America) or to APO/FPO/PO Boxes - we will only ship to the 50 States, Puerto Rico & Canada.
  • NOTE: We could ship to some of the islands, by special request, however, minimums and special conditions apply. Contact us for more information.

We will send out your UPS tracking numbers upon requests when the packages are picked up by UPS.
*Once payment is received, items should arrive between 2 - 5 business days. If an item or items are not in stock, we will contact you via email and inform you of any delay in receiving your items.
*
Before emailing us about non-receipt of a tracking number, or any order status, please check the appropriate email account (we email only back to the email that is used when the order is placed.), as well as check to make sure it was not automatically, or accidentally, deleted as junk mail or spam mail.
*UPS pick-ups occur around 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (unless it is a holiday, in which case UPS does not pick-up, and your item will ship the business day following the holiday).
*If UPS needs to make any correction to your shipping address (suite number, zip code, etc.), we will be billed $5.00. If this happens, we will send you a copy of the bill with the charge and the reason for the charge, and you will need to remit the payment promptly to us. We may also recharge your credit card or paypal account for any extra shipping costs, that is charged to us.

Please make sure that your complete physical, US shipping address is included with your payment.
*If your item is returned to our warehouse by UPS as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment and restocking charges for the item.

UPS OverSized PackagesSome Shipments will go out UPS OverSized. Some items are just too large or the package is to heavy for UPS to ship. That is called an oversized package. * All Items that shipped UPS Over Size, will have a notice or label informing you about this next to the item number on our website. (look for the UPS logo for all over size items) All Over Sized items, are charged extra shipping costs, above the standard weight of the item.
*If you have an alternate trucking company that you would prefer to use, and you receive authorization from our company that it is acceptable to do so, you may set-up your own freight, however, you may be responsible for labor and materials ($00.00) which must be paid to PackAndSeal.Com prior to scheduling the pick-up; additionally, any and all liability will be removed from PackAndSeal.Com if the buyer opts to set-up the packages and or pallet shipment on their own; you will be responsible for contact with your carrier, providing a Bill of Lading or other applicable paperwork as per the carrier, as well as any claims against the trucking company should that be necessary
*If you have an alternate delivery company that you would prefer to use, and you can provide us with an account number and set up the pick up. You may do this. Pallet Shipping & Motor Freight
(for oversize or over weight items) OverSized Freight Shippment

If an item is too large (or we do not have appropriate UPS-able packaging) to ship via UPS (or comparable carrier), it will be disclosed on the PackAndSeal.Com Website that it must ship by a trucking or Motor Freight company. By stating that an item must be shipped via a trucking company, that means that UPS cannot accommodate an object of its size because of their size / weight restrictions.

By appointment, customers are welcome to (and are encouraged to) pick-up items of this nature at our warehouse (so they do not need to be shipped on a pallet)
*
Motor Freight Shipping charges are based on a discounted rate quote that we receive from FedEX National LLC (formerly Watkins Motor Lines, Inc.), a major trucking company that we use on a daily basis, and include insurance, packaging, and handling.
*
Shipping charges: shipping to a business address (without the need of any accessorial charges) or your local FedEX National LLC terminal are the least expensive methods of pallet shipping (they will be the same cost); shipping to a residence will be approximately $50.00 more, plus any necessary accessorial charges.
*
A liftgate is an accessorial item that will lower the pallet from the bed of the delivery truck to ground level; without a liftgate, the delivery driver has the responsibility to move the pallet to the end of the truck - the customer is then responsible for the lowering / removal of the pallet/unit to ground level.
*Without paying specific accessorial charges, delivery by an LTL (Less-Than-a-Load) Carrier entails the delivery driver bringing the pallet to the end of the truck for removal; if a liftgate accessorial charge is paid, the delivery driver is responsible for lowering the pallet to ground level from the bed of the truck - the delivery driver is not responsible (without paying specific accessorial charges) for bringing the pallet inside of a location, upstairs in a location, helping install a unit, etc.
*Pallets are approximately 4'x 4', so the delivery/drop-off area must be able to accommodate a pallet that size. (Some items, such as our curruagted sheets, bubble wrap,and boxes are to large for a skid and must be placed on 2 skids for 48" x 96" pallet size).
*
If you choose to ship your pallet to your local FedEX National LLC terminal, you will be responsible for any loading/packaging/handling of the pallet/unit the terminal employees are not responsible for assisting with this process.
*
If, when you obtain your quote, the FedEX National LLC states that your destination zip is Interline, please contact us prior to ordering or sending a payment; when a destination zip is Interline, it means that FedEX National LLC does not deliver directly to that zip code, and a comparable carrier will need to be used to ship to your zip code (you will know that your zip code is Interline if "Interline" appears next to your destination zip on the quote page) please be aware that Interline carriers ship at Class 200 (instead of FedEX National LLC Class 125) which is a more costly shipping class.
*FedEX National LLC ships to the Continental US only.

If you have an alternate trucking company that you would prefer to use, and you receive authorization from our company that it is acceptable to do so, you may set-up your own freight, however, you will be responsible for labor and materials ($30.00) which must be paid to PackAndSeal.Com prior to scheduling the pick-up; additionally, any and all liability will be removed from PackAndSeal.Com if the buyer opts to set-up the pallet shipment on their own; you will be responsible for contact with your carrier, providing a Bill of Lading or other applicable paperwork as per the carrier, as well as any claims against the trucking company should that be necessary.
*Please contact us prior to sending payment with the details requested for your Actual Shipping items in order to receive a confirmed quote, if you see the following statement while checking out your items on our website; Shipping: UPS OverSized- Must Call for Shipping.
*If payment is received prior to the confirmed quote, the payment will be held until a confirmed quote is obtained and put towards your final shipping amount.
*
Please always inspect the item for damage that may have occurred during shipping - please note any damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery or at the terminal when you pick the item up (pallets shipping from our warehouse are securely wrapped and strapped for security and safety purposes - if the wrap appears to be torn/re-wrapped, please inspect the pallet prior to signing the Bill of Lading)
*You can be emailed a PO Number, as well as the trucking company contact information, once the item ships, in order for you to track your item; please contact the shipping company at that time to set-up a delivery appointment - PackAndSeal.Com is not responsible for delivery delays. You must request the tracking and freight info by sending an email to us at: Info@PackAndSeal.Com.

Pallets will ship within 2 - 4 business days of receipt of payment in full as the pallet trucking schedule differs from the UPS shipping schedule.
*
If you have an alternate delivery company that you would prefer to use, and you can provide us with an account number and set up the pick up. You may do this. This would include but not limited to: UPS, FedEX, DHL, AirBourne Express, Yellow Freight, NEMF, and just about any other delivery or motor freight company. However, you may be responsible for labor and materials ($30.00) which must be paid to PackAndSeal.Com prior to scheduling the pick-up; additionally, any and all liability will be removed from PackAndSeal.Com if the buyer opts to set-up the packages and or pallet shipment on their own; you will be responsible for contact with your carrier, providing a Bill of Lading or other applicable paperwork as per the carrier, as well as any claims against the trucking company should that be necessary.

Local Deliveries (NJ, PA & NY) OverSized Freight Shippment

*PackAndSeal.Com can and does make local deliveries in; New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New York State, Southern Connecticut, New York City & Parts of Long Island, New York.
*Having our trucks deliver to you is always the least expensive way to ship your items, as well as the must protective way of getting your orders on time and undamaged.
*Local deliveries are always scheduled 1 - 2 days in advance.
*Local deliveries are always between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
*If you are need to have your order send out the next day by local delivery by our trucks, we can do that only if; You CALL US FIRST to make arrangements, the items you are ordering are in stock, and you place your order before 1:00 PM EST. Even under these conditions, Minimums might apply. We would not be able to give you a time frame for a delivery until the day of the drop off.
*If a delivery is scheduled and our driver can not drop off your order for any reason (such as, no one is there, no loading dock, can't get into your lot, etc..) , your order would be rescheduled for delivery within 3 - 7 business days. If we can not reschedule for delivery, you might be billed for restocking or returning the items.
*YOU MUST PROVIDE A CONTACT NUMBER for all deliveries.
*If you have any special requests or concerns about your delivery, just inform us and we will be more then happy to accommodate you to our best ability.

Local Pick Up OverSized Freight Shippment

*Pick ups can be arranged between 10:00 Am to 3:00 PM Latest pick is at 3:00 PM EST.
*If a scheduled pick up is not made, you must make arrangements for another pick up time. If you are late or can not make a pick up, please call us and let us know. Our warehouse is very busy, and we do not want to take up valuable space for pick-ups if you are not coming.
*PackAndSeal.Com will not be held responsible for any items that are loaded onto your vehicle. once an item or items are pick up at our warehouse, you own them. You must Check all items that you are picking up before you sign for them. PackAndSeal.Com, will not be held responsible for shipping or transporting your items, if you pick them up.
*Pick ups will only be scheduled Monday - Friday 10:00AM to 3:00PM (est), except for holidays. Always call first before coming to pick up any item.

Over Night
2nd & 3rd Day Selected Deliveries OverSized Freight Shippment

*We do allow pick up of any items that we sell by APPOINTMENT ONLY. You must call us and make arrangements for any pick-ups at our warehouse. Any customer that wishes to pick up their items, must have their invoices paid in full before we schedule a pick up time.
*We can ship almost any item over night, 2nd & 3rd Day Selected, to your location.
*Over night is only available for deliveries within the 48 continental Untied States.
*Over night deliveries will only go out the same day, if the order is received by 1:00 PMEST. If an order is received after 1:00 PM EST, the order would go out the next following business day.
*Even though we have 10,000's of items at our warehouses, there might always be a casewhen an item is out of stock or backed ordered. If this was to happen, and you were to select an over night delivery, we would send out the order the day the items arrived at our warehouse.
*It is always best to CALL US FOR ANY OVER NIGHT, 2nd day or special delivery options onany order.
*Some items, that are over sized, over weight or odd sized, can not always go outover night by UPS or FedEX. Some of our items, must go by motor freight, and we can not guarantee over night delivery by a motor freight company.
*If you have an alternate delivery company that you would prefer to use, and you can provide us with an account number and set up the pick up. You may do this. This would include but not limited to: UPS, FedEX, DHL, AirBourne Express, Yellow Freight, NEMF, and just about any other delivery or motor freight company. *We do allow you to use your own motor Freight Company for any order or pick up. You would need to contact us with your information in order to use alternate delivery company of your choice.
*We do allow you to use your own account number for any delivery company you wish to use. By doing this, you would receive whatever discounts that your delivery company would give you, andwe would not bill you for any freight.
*Call us, if you wish to make any special arrangements for your delivery.
*If you have an alternate delivery company that you would prefer to use, and you can provide us with an account number and set up the pick up. You may do this. This would include but not limited to: UPS, FedEX, DHL, AirBourne Express, Yellow Freight, NEMF, and just about any other delivery or motor freight company.
